Georgetown, Guyana - Prime Minister Samuel Hinds led an International Day of Peace Walk on September 20 along with Ambassadors for Peace and gave a presentation at the Peace Rally held at the headquarters of the Family Federation for World Peace in Georgetown.

Day of Families Observed in Georgetown

Georgetown, Guyana - Over 150 persons people attended an observance of the UN International Day of Families at the Family Federation chapel in Georgetown on May 15. The extra persons were accomodated under a tent erected on the lawn.

Peace Medal Awarded to Guyana Prime Minister

Georgetown, Guyana - The Hon. Prime Minister (and acting President), Mr. Samuel Hinds, accepted the UPF Peace Medal from Ronald McGarrell at a Peace Forum in Georgetown on September 25. The event was sponsored by the Association of Justices of the Peace and Commissioners of Oaths.

Marching through streets of the city Georgetown participants arrived at the National Park for a rally addressed by Hon. Samuel Hinds, the Prime Minister of Guyana.

Religious Youth Service Rebuilds Homes after Guyana Flooding
