The Northeast Peace Initiative The Future of Korea Part 1 The Future of Korea Part 2
Flyer (PDF)
The Northeast Asia Peace Initiative includes civil society initiatives supporting the peaceful reunification of the Korean Peninsula, where people with a common history, culture, and language were divided by the Cold War struggle between superpowers. Civil-society initiatives include tourism, cultural exchanges, and a variety of person-to-person connections. UPF conferences and forums bring together leading diplomats and scholars to offer insights into prospects for improved relations among the countries of the region.
